Job Purpose
To provide Human Resources and Administrative support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary information and resources for success.

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and enforcement of company policies.

Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and packages.
-
Ensure proper filing and recording of staff files.
-
Compile staff documents for pension registration.
-
Distribute employee pay slips.
-
Prepare and process hiring documentation; collect and maintain employee records such as applications, resumes, and other documents.
-
Complete staff attendance lists, manage absences, and track leave balances.

Control food supply and related materials for guests; ensure the availability of drinking water and soft drinks.

Monitor staff canteen operations to ensure compliance with FSMS standards.

Dispatch, route, and track transportation vehicles.
-
Ensure the facility remains fully operational with functioning utilities.

Follow up on maintenance and repair work, assisting with installation and servicing of building equipment.

Supervise guest house operations, gardening, and cleaning activities.
-
Allocate rooms to staff as needed.

Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification and Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Professional certifications in HR and Administration are advantageous.
Experience
-
2 years of relevant experience with a BA degree, preferably within the construction or related industry.
Skills
-
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
-
High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
