About the Job
Summer Real Estate PLC is looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Junior Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing sales team and contribute to apartment and commercial shop sales.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on potential customers.
- Promote apartments and commercial properties through networking, referrals, social media, and field prospecting.
- Conduct property presentations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective buyers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Fluency in Amharic is required; English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.

💰 Compensation
- ETB 22,327.59 gross monthly salary + 4% commission
