Job Summary
Dynamic Real Estate Marketing is seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales professionals to join its growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The position involves managing end-to-end real estate sales activities, from prospecting and client engagement to negotiations and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct real estate sales activities including prospecting and lead generation

Arrange and attend client meetings and property viewings

Negotiate offers and close property sales deals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Provide professional guidance throughout the buying and selling process

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Represent the company professionally in all customer engagements
About You
Qualifications & Experience

Real estate marketing and real estate sales skills
-
Minimum of 6 months experience for junior-level candidates

Experience in customer service and sales
-
Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Compensation

Salary: 9,500 ETB + commission
