The organization is seeking a facilitator that will assist the human resource and administration team to understand the labour laws that govern Ethiopia in matters related to the employees.
OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING
Overall objective:
- To ensure Wetlands International staff have a deeper understanding of the current Labour Laws and Employment best practices in Ethiopia.
Other objectives:
- Ensure Wetlands international staff understand the current labour laws enforced in the country.
- Provide guidance on the various legal provisions of labour law that Wetlands International needs to be cognizant of to ensure full compliance.
- Ensure our employee related processes are legally defensible.
- Insights on strategies of handling employees within the law.
DELIVERABLES
- Training to staff undertaken
- Detailed report on the training.
- Training materials shared with Wetlands International.

Job Requirements
The application should include;
Technical Proposal
- Clear understanding of the assignment/interpretation of the TOR.
- Specific experience of the Lead Consultant and Associate(s) relevant to the assignment. Please provide details of similar assignments undertaken.
- Technical capacity of consultants in terms of their qualifications and competencies. Please attach detailed CVs.
- Labour Laws Training plan
Financial Proposal
- Clear breakdown of the financial proposal including the estimated total cost for this task in EUROS (Including Withholding Tax applicable).
